This is an ongoing project in which we film cooking tutorials for diabetics. These recipes are all healthy, delicious, and easy to make. Best of all, this cooking series is not limited to only a diabetic audience, but applicable to anyone who is trying to live a healthier lifestyle.

Releasing a Children's Book on Diabetes

Since part of our mission is to educate young communities and promote a healthy lifestyle for future generations, we decided the most effective way of spreading diabetes awareness is by publishing a children's book.

CHECK UP Program

CHECK UP stands for the Creating Health Education for Constructive Knowledge in Underserved Populations Program. In collaboration with the Medical College of Wisconsin, we are working to improve diabetes prevention and management education for patients and future healthcare providers.
